Creating and Sustaining Limited Equity Cooperatives in DC

Thank you for attending our monthly meeting Creating & Sustaining Limited Equity Cooperatives in the District of Columbia! The LEC Report examines the history and current neighborhood characteristics of LECs, opportunities and challenges for LECs, practices in other jurisdictions aimed at addressing some of these challenges, and offers specific goals and recommended strategies for the creation and sustainability of LECs in the District.
