Join us for our June Member Meeting in partnership with the DC Office of Planning. This month, we’re diving into DC2050, the District’s newly updated Comprehensive Plan.

Director Anita Cozart of the Office of Planning will provide an in-depth presentation on the plan’s priorities, with a particular focus on community economic development, including housing, small business vitality, equitable growth, and workforce pathways. This is a valuable opportunity to learn how DC2050 shapes the future of our city—and to explore how your work aligns with the city’s long-term vision.

Lunch will be provided. A live Q&A will follow the presentation.

Anita Cozart leads the District’s strategic planning and land use efforts, working to ensure that all residents, especially those in historically marginalized communities, benefit from the city’s growth. With a background in urban planning, transportation equity, and community development, Director Cozart previously served as Managing Director at PolicyLink and has dedicated her career to advancing equitable outcomes in cities.
