Foundations for a Successful Business: Module 2, The Business Model Canvas

This 90-minute workshop/webinar continues the development of the business concept and feasibility discussed in Module 1. Participants will be introduced to the business model canvas and each canvas building block will be reviewed with interactive exercises and takeaways. Participants will be provided the presentation and worksheets in advance of the workshop/webinar that will be used for module exercises. Participants are encouraged to complete Module 1 prior to this workshop/webinar and are also encouraged to get assistance from a DCSBDC business counselor.
