As we reflect on the incredible work we’ve accomplished over the past year, we’re excited to share a big change with you — one that marks the beginning of a new chapter for our organization. After much thought and conversation, we’re pleased to announce that the Coalition for Nonprofit Housing and Economic Development (CNHED) is now simply The Coalition.

New study examines more than four decades of TOPA history, outcomes, and impacts on affordable housing preservation and tenant rights in the Nation’s Capital.

The DC Workforce Training and Services Directory is a comprehensive resource on 38 organizations’ current workforce development training programs and services. Structured by industry, the directory includes sections dedicated to Business & Information Technology (IT), Construction, Healthcare, Hospitality, Law & Security, and Other. Directory users may search for programs, training, and services by industry or browse the comprehensive list of all featured organizations.

CNHED created the Guide to Small Business Financing to help small business owners in Washington, DC navigate the various local lenders (i.e., financial institutions including banks, CDFIs, MFIs) and loan products to find the best financing option for their business.
