You’re invited to attend a half-day professional development workshop, Train the Trainer: Small Business Regulatory Roadmap, hosted by CNHED and the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs (DLCP) on Friday, June 7 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

This Train the Trainer event is a professional development workshop focused on education on the existing policy and regulatory environment and relationship building between DC agencies and small business support organizations.

Become better equipped to effectively support new and existing small business clients navigate the District’s regulatory process, comply with requirements, and avoid costly fines, fees, and delays.

District agency representatives will share about new and updated regulations and policies that impact small businesses including:

  • Corporate Registration and Tax and Revenue
  • Zoning and Permitting Processes
  • Alcohol and Medical Marijuana

This workshop is designed for small business support professionals including:

  • Main Street & BID Staff
  • Small Business Technical Assistance providers
  • District Agency staff working with Small Businesses
