On Monday, The Coalition, alongside Mayor Muriel Bowser, celebrated a major milestone: more than $1.5B in spending with DC-based businesses by institutions participating in the DC Community Anchor Partnership since 2017, including nearly $1 billion with local minority-owned businesses.

To better understand these challenges and identify potential solutions for the rising costs of affordable housing, The Coalition engaged ULI Washington’s Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) program to examine opportunities to reduce the per-unit cost of developing and operating subsidized housing in the District.
