During this discussion, our panel will explore the connection between homeownership preservation, financial planning, and long-term housing stability. Speakers will discuss strategies for maintaining property value, preventing costly repairs, navigating heirs’ property challenges, and understanding the importance of estate planning in protecting homeownership and supporting the transfer of assets across generations.
The conversation will also highlight resources and partnerships that help older adults and families remain in their homes, preserve equity, and build stronger communities.
