Cierra served as the Systems Change VISTA at the Community Opportunity Alliance, where she focused on strengthening communication with community-based development organizations by linking them to funding opportunities, technical assistance, and essential resources.
During her service, Cierra was especially proud of leading the social media campaign for the People and Places 2025 conference. By refining the messaging and enhancing the visual content, she helped generate a significant increase in engagement and impressions across all platforms.
Having recently completed her AmeriCorps term, Cierra is now embarking on a new adventure in Thailand.
